Services

Maine Air Comfort provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services including installation, repair, and maintenance. All services are provided subject to these terms and any additional terms specified at the time of service.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during service. Any additional work will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Warranties

Our workmanship is guaranteed as specified at the time of service. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are passed through to the customer per manufacturer terms.
